Baccalaureate Mass / Reception

The Baccalaureate Mass will be held in the MAIN GYM at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24th.

REMINDER TO SENIORS: Please arrive at GARIN GYM by 6:00 p.m. Students MUST wear their graduation gowns. Do not bring your caps.

Assisted seating for special needs guests at the Baccalaureate Mass may be requested in the Assisted Seating section below.

Mass will be followed by a reception in the Ivaldi Student Center. All are invited. Tickets are not required, but we would like to get a count for the reception. Please RSVP by May 7th.

Beautiful Leis from Hawaii are available to purchase for graduating seniors until May 7th. Leis must be picked up at the Baccalaureate Mass reception on Friday, May 24th.

Graduation at the Paramount Theatre

Commencement exercises for the Class of 2019 will be held at Oakland’s historic Paramount Theatre on Sunday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m. Doors open for general seating at 9:00 a.m.

Assisted seating for special needs guests at the Graduation may be requested in the Assisted Seating section below.

Special needs guests will be allowed in with ONE attendant only at 8:45 a.m.

ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A TICKET

STUDENTS are to line up on the 21st Street side of the theatre at 8:30 a.m. with your cap & gown.

After the ceremony, please meet your graduate on the 21st Street side of the theatre.

PARKING: There are three garages surrounding the theatre. Please be aware that 21st Street will be closed to cars that morning. For more information, go to www.paramounttheatre.com.

Assisted Seating Requests

Those guests who require assistance and are attending either the Baccalaureate Mass or the Graduation Ceremony may request early entrance assisted seating for either or both events. Special needs guests will be allowed to enter the venues earlier than the general audience and may have one additional guest accompany them. Requests for assisted seating MUST be requested for each event they will be attending.

Please note special instructions on each request form. REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 3, 2019.

Graduation Tickets

The family of each student will receive 6 graduation tickets at the mandatory Senior Parent Graduation meeting on April 30, 2019. At least one parent/guardian MUST attend the meeting in its entirety.

Additional tickets may be requested online until May 3, 2019.

Every effort will be made to accommodate all reasonable requests, though please keep in mind, this is a large class.

Tickets will be available for students to pick up May 7 – May 14.

Announcements will be made to students regarding times and locations for ticket pick-up. Parents may also stop by the Main Office that week to pick up tickets. There is no charge for tickets.

ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A TICKET.

Tickets are NOT REPLACEABLE if lost.

Please note: Seat numbers on tickets DO NOT APPLY to graduation. Seating is on a first come – first served basis.
