Moreau Catholic High School offers need-based financial aid to all students.
We use FACTS Management to determine need based financial aid eligibility. Families may use the FACTS application to apply for both Moreau Catholic Need-Based Financial Aid and Family Aid Catholic Education (FACE) grants, awarded by the Diocese of Oakland.
Only one financial-aid application and one fee are required per family. Applications must be submitted online and families must apply each year. Paper applications are not available.

How to Apply for Financial Aid:
The online application for Financial Aid for the 2022-2023 school year opens on December 1, 2021.
CLICK HERE to fill out the online application.
Families must submit the FACTS application no later than February 1, 2022 to be considered for need-based financial aid for the 2022-2023 school year.
We cannot process your family’s application for need-based financial aid opportunities until you have submitted ALL supporting documents and complete the FACTS online application.
It is important to submit your application online and upload any financial documents currently on hand with prior year financial information. As soon as new documents have been received (e.g. 2021 W-2’s), upload those documents to your application prior to February 1, 2022.
In addition to need-based financial aid granted by Moreau Catholic High School, some families also receive funding for their child’s education from the Diocese of Oakland’s FACE Grants (Family Aid Catholic Education).
Families must file the FACTS application in order to be considered for FACE.
Each year, Moreau Catholic High School awards merit scholarships to incoming students.
There is no separate application for merit scholarships for incoming freshmen. The Scholarship Committee considers all students who apply for admission to Moreau Catholic High School.
Our Scholarship Committee selects recipients based on their admissions application essays, HSPT scores, and GPA.
Most scholarships are renewable each year, up to four years.
Partner Scholarship Program with Bay Scholars
Bay Scholars is a non-profit foundation that supports many of our Moreau Catholic students. Bay Scholars exists to make it possible for promising low-income students across the Bay to have access to and flourish at successful college preparatory Catholic high schools. The organization seeks out young scholars who shine academically, engage actively in society and demonstrate outstanding promise and a willingness to give back to their communities.
