- It is not required to have your block “M” letter patch to order your letter jacket. Patches can be submitted at a later date prior to the jacket being completed.
- Estimated Completion Date of letter jacket is 10 to 12 weeks from order date
- Once $50 deposit is made online, you will receive an email with the pre-ordering steps to be completed prior to the event date. Due to the limited event time, please make sure you are prepared so that all student orders can be submitted.
- Tell your friends to sign up for the event.
- All orders submitted at the ordering event receive at least a $30 discount!
- Student must be present at the event to be fitted and submit order to receive the group order discount. There are NO exceptions.

When using the link above the event begins at 4PM and ends @ 6:30PM…You are not signing up for a particular time. JUST SHOW UP DURING THOSE HOURS.
No matter what day or time we schedule the event, there will always be students who can’t make it due to a scheduling conflict. There really are no exceptions to this rule. If they can’t make the event, they will need to schedule their own new jacket order appointment online to be completed at our Livermore office.
